  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday)

Shipping Procedure

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have started processing it. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). After processing is complete, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email with the tracking information.

The delivery time is approximately 5–7 business days (Monday – Friday).

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

Delays

Your order should arrive within 6–10 business days (Monday – Friday). If this is not the case, we ask for your understanding – occasionally delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, high order volume, or other circumstances.

Please allow us up to 3 additional business days before contacting us. If your order has still not arrived after that, please write to us at info@walthermode.com – we will promptly take care of your concern.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as early as possible at info@walthermode.com. Once your order has been processed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have accidentally received damaged or incorrect items, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us a photo of the issue by email to info@walthermode.com. We will review the case immediately and ensure that you receive the correct item in perfect condition.
