We want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can read here how our return, refund, and exchange process works.

Important details:

  • Return period: 30 days from the delivery date
  • Return shipping costs: To be borne by the customer
  • Restocking fee: No fee applies
  • Refund time: Refund processed within 7 days

Return window:

From the delivery date, you have 30 days to return your items. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@walthermode.com. Please ensure that the items are in unworn and unused condition, including the original packaging and all tags. Returns cannot be accepted if the 30-day period from the delivery date has been exceeded.

  • Please contact us: First by email at info@walthermode.com and provide your order details as well as the reason for the return. Returns without prior approval unfortunately cannot be processed.
  • Follow instructions: After your request is approved, you will receive detailed information on the next steps.
  • Careful packaging: Please ensure that the item is well packaged to avoid transport damage.
  • Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Refund
After we receive your returned package, we will inspect it. Once the refund is approved, it will be transferred to the original payment method. This process can take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Exchange
Would you like to receive a different item? No problem – simply send us an email at info@walthermode.com with the details of your exchange request, and we will guide you through the next steps.

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@walthermode.com. Please note: If your order is already being processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Damaged or defective items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we will of course assist you. Please send a photo of the issue by email to info@walthermode.com, and we will arrange a suitable solution – either a replacement or a corrective delivery.

Return shipping costs: These are to be borne by the customer.
